Sometimes I wish people would stay in their lane and stick to what they know, am I right? Understanding the ins and outs of a hospital system + understanding pharmacy operations + charging and billing is a big knowledge skill set that not a lot of people have.

I have the most amazing bosses, but some of these other departments need to calm down, ya know! I also find that sometimes the people who make the loudest noise are the ones with the biggest insecurities (this department is pretty much obsolete right now) and that is just what they are - noise. Keep moving forward and don’t let them get you down.

Quote I am loving this week: “As you start to walk on the way, the way appears” by Rumi. This is my reminder to keep taking those daily steps towards better emotional and physical health. It reminds me to keep being a better person in my professional interactions because putting yourself in the arena, daring greatly and getting out of your comfort zone is what pushes the needle in your journey.

How I am managing my stress: Lots of walks + podcasts

Product I am using daily: ZO Skin Health Daily Power Defense

My favorite podcast right now: Smartless and Jenna Kutcher - a little bit of fun and a little bit of learning!

Book I am currently reading: I’m only through chapter 1 of Cleopatra (by the introduction was very intriguing) and looking forward to diving into this book!

What I am looking forward to this weekend: My BFF is coming to visit!! Stay tuned for adventures :).

Other thoughts: Reading about Anne Heche just makes me sad. I did not follow her career closely, but the whole series of events leading to her death is sad. Sending all of the love to her soul and her family.

Whenever I need some inspiration, I go to these three IG accounts - @yung_pueblo, @alex and @morganharpernichols. Always inspiring and somehow, always exactly what I need to hear.
