This week is National Hospital and Health System Pharmacists Week!

This week is an opportunity to recognize the impact that you have on your patients.  As pharmacists, we contribute greatly to patient care in hospital and retail settings.  Pharmacists have a vital role in taking care of patients and their medication knowledge is an integral part of the interdisciplinary team as they prevent medication errors, monitor drug levels and interactions, advise other healthcare providers and counsel patients.
