I don't know about you, but I can find lots of things to be guilty about. On any given day, I can feel guilty about not spending enough quality time with my children, not reading enough, not making time for someone, not spending enough time on my career, not cooking, etc....

Let it go- there will ALWAYS be something that you "should" be doing. And who decides what you "should" or "should not" be doing? Most of the time these self-imposed restrictive guidelines are based on what we think are societal norms, not necessarily what we really think. But who really is normal anyway? People are always different on the surface - when you get to know someone, you realize that everyone is struggling with something. So stop comparing yourself and beating yourself up about not having it as together as someone else.
